— ISSUE REGARDING LEATHER CREASES

Due to the natural features of leather, bags of soft texture might emerge with varying degrees of creases during warehouse storage and international shipping. Attempt to carry the bag for a few days to lighten the creases. If the creases still exist, please try to use a steam iron to deal with the crease (note: don’t let the steam iron stay too long on the leather) or use a hot towel to wipe them. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

The COVID-19 has been affecting the operation of logistics around the world so the order shipping may delay 5-15 business days.
